PDs and GMs, take note: Arbitron reminds you that completed Spring 2004 Station Information Profiles are due back to the company March 1 from stations that appear within markets that it will measure in the Spring Survey.
“Although program and personality data are no longer collected, the Station Information Packet remains a crucial part of the diary crediting process,” it stated. “Stations must confirm or correct the information on the pre-printed forms. If the form is not returned, simulcasting information will not be carried forward.”
The packet informs Arbitron of your station’s facilities, name, call letters, broadcast times and frequency. Arbitron uses the info. for editing returned diaries.
