Arbitron promoted Carol Hanley to senior vice president, Advertiser and Agency Services. She succeeds Linda Dupree, who will be focusing her talents on Arbitron’s Portable People Meter initiatives. In this new role, Hanley is responsible for all sales and marketing efforts for both advertising agencies and advertisers. Hanley reports to Owen Charlebois, president, U.S. Media Services.
