Angry Audio won’t be part of Triple Helix Technologies after all.
Last year, three technology companies — MaxxKonnect, Angry Audio and Logitek — had announced a plan to combine under an umbrella company called Triple Helix.
Now MaxxKonnect President/CEO Josh Bohn and Angry Audio owner Mike Dosch confirm to Radio World that they’ve decided not to pursue the arrangement.
“We have different cultures,” Dosch said, “and it didn’t make as much sense as it seemed to at first.” Bohn used similar language. But both said the decision was a friendly one and that the companies continue to work together on various projects.
Logitek, led by Tag Borland, remains under the Triple Helix umbrella. Josh Bohn hinted at pending product introductions under the Logitek brand.
