Clear Channel Media and Entertainment has chosen Steven Macri to serve as its chief financial officer, effective immediately. He will be based in New York City and will report to Chairman and CEO John Hogan.
As CFO, Macri will oversee the administrative, financial and risk management operations for Clear Channel Media and Entertainment. He will also develop financial strategies and tactical initiatives to further the company’s operations.
Macri joins the company from LogicSource Inc., a strategic sourcing company where he also served as CFO. Prior to LogicSource, he was executive vice president and CFO at Warner Music Group, Corp., where he oversaw global financial operations, treasury/risk management, information systems and taxes for the company.
Clear Channel Media & Entertainment serves 150 markets through 840 owned radio stations, and the company’s radio stations and content can be heard on AM/FM, HD digital radio, satellite radio, on the Internet at iHeartRadio.com and on the company’s radio station websites, on the iHeartRadio mobile app, in enhanced auto dashes, on iPads and smartphones and used via navigation systems.
