Creative Types Angle for Big Prize

You now have until Friday March 21 to enter the 2003 Radio-Mercury Awards competition. RAB extended the entry deadline “in response to an overwhelming demand from advertisers, agencies, radio stations and colleges.”
The awards recognize excellence in radio creative work. There is a $100,000 grand prize and another $50,000 in booty. A new College Award debuts this year, awarding $2,500 to a college or university, along with a matching $2,500 award from Y&R. The awards will be given in June in New York.
