Dalet Adds Two in U.S.; Reports Growth

Supplier Dalet said it has enjoyed “significant” revenue growth in its second quarter and said sales of its DaletPlus broadcast and asset management solutions have increased by 22%. It cited sales to Deutsche Welle and Radios Chrétiennes de France as well as a major courtroom recording system.
In the United States, the company said it won recent business with WBLS(FM) and WLIB(AM) in New York as well as XM Satellite and AOL’s Radio KOL. XM is expanding its operation and its Dalet system to support the launch of “Oprah & Friends.”
And Dalet USA has announced the addition of two employees. Luc Comeau is business development manager and will be based in New York; he had been with tech consulting firm Insight Media Solutions. James Ohana is project manager and works out of Washington; he began his career with Dalet in Paris in 1996 and has worked on several key deployments including ABC, NPR, WorldSpace, XM and CBC Radio.
