Davis Expands Duties to Include Austin

IHeartMedia VP adds Austin duties to Dallas responsibilities

Patrick Davis will expand his duties as an iHeartMedia vice president of programming to include the Austin, Texas, market, effective immediately.

He will oversee all programming operations for both the Dallas and Austin markets. He started his career doing mornings and as program director in Waco, Texas, for eight years. Davis then became PD of WFMF(FM) in Baton Rouge, La., and later moved to Dallas in 2002 as Kidd Kraddick’s operations manager. Two years later, he was named PD for KHKS(FM), and in 2011, Davis was named VP of programming of the Dallas cluster.

IHeartMedia serves over 150 markets through 859 owned radio stations, and the company’s radio stations and content can be heard on AM/FM, HD digital radio, satellite radio, on the Internet at iHeartRadio.com and on the company’s radio station websites, on the iHeartRadio mobile app, in enhanced auto dashes, on tablets and smartphones, and on gaming consoles.
