Veteran engineer moves to ARCHTech in North Texas

Veteran engineer Ed Dulaney has taken the position of regional engineer for ARCHTech’s operations in the northern Texas and southern Oklahoma region

ARCHTech, a subsidiary of Gap Broadcasting, provides engineering for the company and contract engineering for select Cumulus Broadcasting stations as well.

Based in Wichita Falls, Dulaney will oversee 11 facilities in the region: KBZS(FM), KNIN(FM) and KWFS(AM/FM) in Wichita Falls, Texas along with KLAW(FM), KZCD(FM) and KVRW(FM) in Lawton, Okla., for Gap.

He’ll also mind Cumulus’ FMs in Wichita Falls: KLUR, KOLI, KQXC and KYYI.

Dulaney, who also is an occasional contributor to Radio World, previously was with Rocky Mountain Radio in Colorado. He has worked for Crawford Broadcasting and Salem Radio and has more than 30 years of broadcast engineering experience.
