Exhibitors to Get Radio Show ‘Marketplace’ Passes

Radio Show Allots ‘VIP’ Passes by square footage

There will be free exhibit passes this year for the upcoming Radio Show. Convention organizers experimented last year with not offering those traditional “floor-only” freebies, but heard from exhibitors who wanted them restored, as we reported at the time.

Attendees must obtain passes through exhibitors.

We had reported that the passes would return; NAB has released those details on the show website. Each exhibiting company receives an allotment of passes, which NAB and RAB now are calling “VIP Passes,” to invite customers to attend.

The exhibit hall is open Wednesday, Sept. 14 from 4:30 to 7 p.m.; Thursday, Sept. 15 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Friday, Sept. 16 from 9 a.m. to noon.

Exhibitors will qualify for 15 to 90 passes depending on their booth size.

To get an allotment of VIP Passes, an exhibitor must log into its show registration account with its company password, and select the “VIP Guest” tab.
