Faison Is New Andrew CEO

Andrew Corp. is turning to someone it already knows as its new CEO.
The board of the company appointed Ralph E. Faison as chief executive officer and president, replacing Dr. Floyd L. English. English will continue as chairman until February 2004.
Faison, 44, was Andrew president and chief operating officer, a position he took last summer after Andrew acquired his company Celiant Corp. Faison also is a former VP of Lucent Technologies’ New Ventures Group.
