FCC Revises FM Auction CP Inventory

The FCC has removed an allocation, in Charlotte Amalie, Virgin Islands, from the list of FM frequencies to be auctioned in November.
The Media Bureau said the channel was reserved for noncommercial educational use. There are still more than 170 construction permits available.
