FCC Chairman Michael Powell has named Washington attorney Kenneth Ferree Chief of the Cable Services Bureau.
Ferree is currently a partner in the Washington D.C. law firm, Goldberg, Godles, Wiener & Wright and has had extensive experience in dealing with telecommunications and information technology issues.
Ferree replaces current Cable Services Bureau Chief Deborah Lathen who resigned.
