The 11th edition of Teak Publishing’s Global Radio Guide (Winter 2018-2019) is now available on Amazon.

It also offers hourly schedules of language services and frequencies, including world target areas, for more than 500 broadcast stations as well as a list of DX radio programs and internet websites addresses for many of the stations mentioned.
New in the 11th edition of the Global Radio Guide is a feature on “The Battle of the Airwaves in Cuba” by Gayle (W4GVH) and Larry (N5FPW) Van Horn. This report, say the authors, details the “historic and ongoing war over the airwaves between the United States and Cuba.”
Other articles include information on winter radio programming and shortwave from The Spectrum Monitor’s Fred Waterer, as well as an update on DRM broadcasting worldwide from Hans Johnson.
