iHeart Announces Appointments in Major Markets

Seattle, Minneapolis, New Orleans and St. Louis see positions in sales and market leadership

iHeartMedia has named three new sales leaders and a market president. Mark Glynn has been named senior vice president of sales for iHeartMedia Seattle. Michelle Redberg has been promoted to vice president of sales for the Minneapolis cluster. Mark Boudreaux has been named market president for iHeartMedia New Orleans, effective June 11. The company also announced Lisa Ballance has been named sales manager for St. Louis.

Glynn will report to Pacific Northwest Region President Robert Dove. He most recently served as a VP of sales for TTWN, KBKS and KUBE in Seattle. He began his career at iHeartMedia Minneapolis.

iHeartMedia Seattle owns and operates KUBE(FM), KJR(AM/FM), KJAQ(FM), KZOK(FM), KBKS(FM) and KHHO(AM).

In Minneapolis Redberg will report to Greg Alexander, region vice president of sales for the Western Great Lakes Region, and work with other vice presidents of sales serving the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro area.

Redberg has 14 years of media experience, in broadcast and cable television. She joined iHeartMedia as a senior account executive in November 2016.

The Minneapolis market consists of nine stations and franchise partnerships with the Minnesota Vikings, the Minnesota Wild and University of Minnesota Golden Gophers.

Mark Boudreaux will report to iHeart Baton Rouge/New Orleans Area President Michael Hudson. He is a native of the Big Easy.

Boudreaux joins the New Orleans cluster from South Central AV, where he most recently served as the business development manager. His 25 years of sales experience includes positions at Entercom New Orleans, Midwest Communications and Knoxville at South Central Media. In addition, he has worked as an executive producer, director and co-host for “Allstate Sugar Bowl Prep Football Round-up” and a co-host of “The Red Zone” on the FPTV channel. He began his career as a sales manager for Stereo Village.

iHeartMedia New Orleans owns and operates WQUE(FM), WRNO(HD), WYLD(FM), WRNO(FM), WNOE(FM), KVDU(FM), WYLD(AM) and WODT(AM).

Lisa Ballance will report to St. Louis Region Senior Vice President of Sales Katy Pavelonis. As sales manager, she will be responsible for KLOU(FM) and KATZ(AM/FM/HD).

Ballance joins the iHeartMedia St. Louis from iHeartMedia Nashville, where she most recently served as the general sales manager. She also served as the market manager for Clear Channel in Alexandria, La., and is an Illinois native.

iHeartMedia St. Louis owns and operates KLOU, KSD(FM), KSLZ(FM), KATZ and KLLT(FM).
