iHeartMedia has named Eric Hadley as senior vice president of marketing. The broadcaster also promoted Chuck Peterson to area president for the Winchester, Harrisonburg and Roanoke-Lynchburg markets and also announced his replacement as market president for the Roanoke-Lynchburg market will be Paul A. Rothfuss.
In this newly created role, Hadley will report to Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Gayle Troberman. He has had prior roles in sales and marketing for Microsoft, The Weather Channel, Outbrain and most recently was chief marketing officer for GroundTruth.
Peterson will now report to iHeartMedia Virginia/Carolina Region President Dave Carwile. He began his career at WFTR in Front Royal, Va.
Rothfuss will report to Peterson. He most recently served as general sales manager in the Roanoke-Lynchburg market since 2013. Prior to that, he was general sales manager for the FROGGY-FM Network in Steubenville, Ohio. Rothfuss began his career at WTCB in Columbia, S.C.
