The FCC has opened a filing window to allow some pending LPFM applicants to change their paperwork to comply with the commission’s third-adjacent channel protection rules. The window is from Oct. 28 to Nov. 1 and is for so-called Window I and Window II LPFM applicants, those received between May 28 and June 8, 2000 and between July 28 and Aug. 1, 2000. Also, the agency accepted about 150 LPFM applications. The commission released the list so interested parties may file comments in support of or against the new allotments. Those are due Oct. 7.
