Marketron, a developer of business software for broadcasters, unveiled a new portal.
MyMarketron is for use by its personnel and clients and is intended to encourage discussion between and within both groups. It has a community forum for sharing information and addressing concerns, and can act as a conduit for interfacing with the company’s Support Team.
The firm plans a “knowledgebase” section for distributing information and presenting FAQs and confronting known issues. A self-service support center will provide access to downloads, updates and a client’s account.
Marketron is part of the Wicks Group, which also owns Radio World’s parent NewBay Media.
