New Axia systems are in place at Moody Radio studios in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
Moody Radio is the broadcasting division of the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago.
“The Axia IP-Audio network installed at 100,000-watt WMFT(FM) in Tuscaloosa includes three Element 2.0 mixing consoles (20-, 12- and 8-position), plus mixing engines, Audio Nodes and PathfinderPC Router Control Software,” the manufacturer stated.
The director of engineering for Moody Radio is Mark Williames. He said the studio feeds four transmitter sites, those of WMFT, WMBV, WMBU and WRNF, via C-band satellite around Alabama.
