Mel Gibson’s controversial movie “The Passion” and questions of broadcast indecency are likely to be among the topics when the National Religious Broadcasters convenes its annual convention next week.
Show organizers expect around 6,000 attendees in Charlotte, N.C. They say the event has been recognized by a trade show publication as one of the 50 fastest-growing exhibitions; 300 companies will exhibit this year.
Translation in Spanish is being offered for the first time at general sessions and certain others. Gibson is among the invited speakers.
