OMT Reports Sale to AFRTS

From Radio World’s “Who’s Buying What” page:
OMT Inc. said it sold a large multichannel iMediaTouch digital broadcast system to AZCAR USA Inc. as part of its contract for Armed Forces Radio and Television Service Digital Radio Facility, located at the Defense Media Center at March Air Force Base in California. The project also uses Sierra Automated Systems and Burli products.
The overall project will be designed and implemented by Azcar. OMT valued its contribution to the project at $629,000 in U.S. dollars (the supplier is Canadian).
The system will provide up to 18 broadcast channels, an automated multi-channel audio content acquisition system that includes OMT’s iMediaLogger, interface to a large Sierra Automated Systems audio router and the integration of a Burli news gathering system, operating on a fault tolerant broadcast delivery platform designed by OMT.
