Nautel has named Scott Marchand head of quality assurance and “support & sustain,” bringing together both of those teams.
CEO Kevin Rodgers said in a release that combining the two teams will create greater alignment between the quality of its products, customer support and long-term product sustainment.
Previously, Marchand led support & sustain activities in his role as production engineering manager.
“Having spent nearly three decades at Nautel, I’ve seen firsthand the commitment our teams bring to product quality and customer success,” Marchand said in the release.
He joined the Nova Scotia-based manufacturer in 1997 as an FM development technologist and then rose to project leader, before becoming production engineering manager.
