From our People News page: GatesAir named Russell Darrell as regional sales manager for western Europe.
The company cited his international broadcast and transmission experience in radio operations, broadcast system design and transmitter sales in Europe and Asia.
Darrell most recently served as international sales manager for Broadcast Electronics. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions with Elenos Group and Eddystone Broadcast.
He also has managed and developed radio operations in Thailand and Myanmar.
He reports to Mark Goins, vice president of global sales at GatesAir.
Darrell will oversee sales activities for Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and United Kingdom, partnering with Central and Eastern Regional Sales Alexander Kurz.
