At the beginning of the month, Ferncast GmbH named Simon Daniels as its new international sales manager. Based in the United Kingdom, Ferncast says Daniels has worked in the broadcast industry for for more than three decades.
“After a long career as a sound engineer working at venues such as Ronnie Scott’s Club and studios such as Von’s and Air, and following a period as a lecturer on Acoustics, Simon has worked for several of the best-known companies in audio technology including Fairlight, Neve, APT and Worldcast,” said Ferncast in a company press release.
The German software company said Daniels will primarily focus on the European market to grow Ferncast’s customer base. He is the first to hold this newly-created position.
Daniels will be in attendance at the MBT 2023 Conference in Budva, Montenegro, from May 31 to June 1, where he will be presenting aixtream, Ferncast’s software solution.
