Phantom Highlights Music Venues

On New Year’s Eve, Phantom 105.2 in Dublin, Ireland, aired “Stage Left,” a radio documentary examining iconic music venues in the city and their contributions to Irish music history.

The program was produced by Tinpot Productions for the station and included contributions from Dublin’s Phantom 105.2 and features input from Damien Dempsey, Neil Delamere, Eamonn Carr, Messiah J & The Expert, The Informatics, Sinister Pete, Sinéad Ní Mhórdha, Dermot Doran, Leagues O’Toole, Pat Liddy, Maureen from Maureen’s Bar, Smiley Bolger, Pavel Barter, John Walshe, Garry O’Neill and many others.

Venues covered include Whelan’s, The Village, The Olympia, Vicar St., Tripod and Crawdaddy. “Stage Left” was funded by BCI Sound & Vision.
