RAB Announces Mercury Awards Finalists

San Francisco firm leads the pack of finalists in the 2003 Radio-Mercury Awards. Goodby, Silverstein & Partners is out front with a half-dozen general category entries. Cliff Freeman & Partners of New York, Copper of Kalamazoo, Mich., Clarity Coverdale Fury of Minneapolis, DDB of Chicago and DeVito/Verdi of New York follow with four entries apiece.
More than $150,000 in prize money is up for grabs, including a $100,000 grand prize. The award ceremony is set for June 19 in New York. The Radio Creative Fund, a non-profit corporation, governs the Radio-Mercury awards.
