Registration is now open for the Public Radio Conference, slated for April 4 and 5 in Las Vegas.
This year, the event organized by the Association of Public Radio Engineers moves to a different venue, Planet Hollywood.
Registration for the Conference and Awards Dinner is now online. APRE Members receive a $30 discount on conference registration fees and nonmembers will receive a free one-year membership in APRE with paid registration.
Discounts for NAB Conference registration are also available through Feb. 22.
PREC attendees who are staff members at NAB member stations can register for a discounted combo package including both PREC and NAB Full Conference registration; non-NAB members receive a $100 discount off the $695 regular NAB registration fee.
Some of the PREC session topics include how to help station management embrace technology investment, changing equipment refresh cycles and the next generation of emergency alerting.
