Saraha FM Goes With AEQ

Tunisian broadcaster uses firm’s compact digital technology for its new studios

Saraha FM has chosen equipment from AEQ for its two on air studios located in Tunis.

The general programming and news station makes use of a compact AEQ Forum digital audio mixer in the heart of its studios. AEQ says it also supplied all peripheral gear, including speakers, headphones, mics, cables, and signaling.

The AEQ Forum features automatic monitor mute, remote mute, fader-start, signaling, external equipment automation control signals, external communication management and intercom.

It is possible to expand the modular mixer from four to eight or 12 faders on the Forum and up to 16 or 20 faders on the Grand Forum. AEQ added that it trained station staff on system implementation as part of the project.
