Legend Communications and Larry Patrick buy news/talk/sports station KIML(AM) and music station KAML(FM) in Gillette, Wyo., from Larry Austin’s Riverboat Acquisition.
Patrick Communications brokered the $300,000 deal. The AM is a 5 kW day/1 kW night on 1270; the FM is 100 kW at 96.9.
Legend has been operating the stations under an LMA already. It has 16 other stations including KGWY(FM) in Gillette.
