Howard Stern’s Web site has seen a 71 percent drop in traffic since March 2005, the New York Post’s Page Six column reports, citing statistics from Hitwise, which monitors such traffic.
“Look-ups” of Stern’s name on search engines plummeted by 90 percent in that same period, the paper said, adding that Stern’s publicist did not return its call.
