NextMedia is using Triton Digital’s Flex content management system to manage websites for its stations.
The implementation is happening over several months. Two FM stations in Chicago are live with the platform.
Triton said the platform helps the broadcast group monetize individual online brands collectively, with “selective syndication” of content, contests and promotions.
“The solution also allows individual stations to curate content locally and selectively share that content across the portfolio with other format and demographic-relevant online brands.”
The announcement was made by NextMedia 360 Vice President Brian Foster and Triton Digital Applications and Services President Chris Bell.
