Wheatstone is expanding its international footprint with two distribution announcements.
The manufacturer named Audio Emporium in the West Midlands of England as its distributor for the United Kingdom and Ireland and Norway- and Denmark-based AVIT-Systems as an official dealer for Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Faroe Island, Greenland and Iceland.
The company says it hopes the deals will create a new market presence for its Wheatstone, Audioarts Engineering and Vorsis divisions.
Audio Emporium Owner Ian Oakland said Wheatstone provides a range of price points, which makes quality gear more affordable to clients who might have shied away from high-end audio products in the past.
AVIT-Systems Sales Manager Idar Kvam said the company was looking to offer its clients a wider range of products, and Wheatstone was able to meet that need.
