Interactive audio advertising service XAPPmedia added Paul Burden to its executive team.
Burden is joining XAPPmedia as vice president of sales and advertiser relations.
He comes to the company from Online Parking Pass, where he was executive vice president of sales.
Burden will help connect audio content publishers with advertisers and their agencies so they can use XAPPmedia’s audio advertising platform. He will also market Voice Click, which allows listeners to respond to ads using verbal cues.
Previously, Burden started Microsoft’s federal sales team and grew that to work with agencies, system integrators and other companies to deliver revenue growth, according to XAPPmedia.
