Norway-based audio restoration software specialist Acon Digital has announced upgrades to its Restoration Suite of VST, AAX and AU Windows and OS X audio restoration and noise reduction plug-ins.
According to a release there is a new declipping algorithm for the DeClip plug-in. There is also an auto-detector for threshold levels.
Also, the DeNoise plug-in has a new algorithm that should be “more transparent and introduces less processing artifacts than in the earlier version.”
In addition, the GUIs of all four tools are now resizable, according to the company.
