Audion Laboratories has announced a major “whole number” upgrade to its VoxPro radio broadcast on-air assist/production Windows-based software.
It is the first major whole number upgrade to the platform since 2006. The company said it was “previewing and demoing” the release in the Wheatstone booth at the NAB Show. It is due to ship this summer.
VoxPro5’s chief upgrades are Multi-Track View, a multitrack editor/mixer and HotKeys, on-screen hot keys.
According to a release, the MTV allows for multitrack recording, editing and mixing. HotKeys allow for assigning clips to on-screen hot keys. Hot keys can be saved in user profiles.
VoxPro5 is compatible with the VoxPro control surface.
