The Conclave named Tim Kelly of Elyria-Lorain Broadcasting Co. its board chairman.
Danno Wolkoff of Envision Radio Networks has retired from the position after seven years as chair. Kelly is corporate director of operations for Elyria-Lorain and market manager for several stations in Sandusky, Ohio.
