Election results for Arbitron’s radio advisory council show 4 new members for the croup, comprised of radio executives, programmers and others who give the company their opinions about the industry and Arbitron’s service. Chuck Tweedle of KOIT AM-FM, San Francisco has been named chairman and Infinity SVP/co-COO David Pearlman is vice-chairman. RAB President Gary Fries has been re-appointed representative at large.
Four new members were elected for 3 year terms beginning Jan. 1: Richard Marston, WKIE/WDEK, Chicago; Nick Anthony, WQMX, Akron, Ohio; Stephen Sinicropi, WKRK-FM, Detroit and William Campbell, WCRB, Boston.
The council has a total of 14 members.
