Inovonics is making sure that all of its email-capable products are able to support the newest encryption standard, TLS 1.2, by issuing a range of firmware upgrades. Previously, only the company’s SSLv3 supported TLS 1.2.
The new firmware upgrades allow users to send email alarms and notifications through either free or paid email providers.
The Inovonics models that will receive this new firmware upgrade include the following: 531N FM Modulation Analyzer; 525N AM Modulation Analyzer; INOmini 638 FM/HD SiteStreamer; INOmini 637 AM SiteStreamer; INOmini 635 FM/RDS SiteStreamer; 610 Internet Radio Monitor; Aaron 640 FM Re-Broadcast Receiver; Aaron 650 FM Re-Broadcast Receiver; Justin 808 HD-Radio Time Alignment Processor.
