Octave Communications has been appointed as Jampro Antenna’s Canada representative. The engineering consulting firm is based out of Granby, Quebec.
According to Jampro President Alex Perchevitch, Octave Communications has “a thorough understanding of broadcast RF systems and applications.” Perchevitch said the firm has also helped Pioneer RF measurements and the deployment of SFN systems.
“An organization with such technical experience, knowledge and background is instrumental in adding value to servicing our customers.”
Jampro Antennas Inc. is a supplier of antennas, combiners and filters, and RF components for broadcast industry applications. The company is headquartered out of Sacramento, Calif.
Last January, GeoBroadcast Solutions also announced a partnership with Octave Communications to provide GBS’s MaxxCasting solutions to Canadian broadcasters.
