Mullinack Joins SAS

Howard Mullinack has joined SAS as a director and partner in charge of strategic development and marketing. He will remain in the north San Diego area and share time at the SAS offices in Burbank.
Most recently with Klotz Digital, he joined that company when it bought Graham-Patten Systems, of which Mullinack was CEO and part-owner. He is perhaps best known in radio from his 13 years as an executive with Orban.
Beyond the company’s previously announced joint console venture with Ward-Beck Systems, Mullinack hinted at “real new directions” for SAS “that will become more obvious at NAB and in the coming year.”
SAS President Ed Fritz said Mullinack would “help us become a major power in fully-integrated broadcast systems.”
