Nielsen is beefing up the two Texas calls centers it inherited from Arbitron.
The audience research firm plans to add 500 employees to its Dallas call center. The addition would double Nielsen’s footprint, adding another 18,000 square feet, according to the Dallas Morning News. The additional workers will gather data for Nielsen’s client-specific studies.
The audience research firm plans to hire 200 additional workers and add 16,000 square feet of space at its San Antonio call center.
Nielsen also has a call center in Oldsmar, Fla., situated between Tampa and St. Petersburg.
