OMT’s iMediaLogger digital logging software is available in a demo version on the company’s Web site.
The system helps stations manage up to 12 recordings on one workstation and provides Internet access to recordings by way of its Web browser. It comes in one-, two-, four-, eight- and 12-channel versions, and can simultaneously record each channel into four separate recording streams. Recording formats such as MPEG Layers 1, 2 and 3, PCM, Windows Media Audio and Real Audio are supported.
The company says iMediaLogger also is designed to work with switchers, tuner cards, satellite receivers, external closure devices and silence alarms.
In conjunction with the release of the trial version, OMT has developed a holiday special; new iMediaLogger clients can “Double your channels for free.” For example, new clients who purchase the four-channel version will automatically be upgraded to the eight-channel iMediaLogger at no extra charge.
This offer is valid for iMediaLogger sale orders received between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31, 2005.
