LYNDONVILLE, N.Y. � Monroe Electronicshas appointed E. Scott Nix as director of strategic projects. In this newly created role, he will will manage �strategic initiatives from concept to completion� in conjunctionw with engineering, sales, marketing and compliance teams.
He most recently served as technical sales executive for 5280 Broadcast and as senior consultant and owner of Claybourne Consulting, a consulting and project management services company focused on enabling high-tech and broadcast media operations. As director of sales at Data-Systems International, Nix managed sales and marketing for nonprofit software sales. At Dalet Digital Media Systems, he served as national accounts manager. He previously was northwest regional sales manager at Omneon (now Harmonic).
Nix will be based in Salt Lake City and report to Chief Operating Officer Jim Hemingway.
