DMarc Expands RDS Offerings, Takes Part in Clear Channel Concert

Data services provide dMarc Networks headed to Clear Channel’s Wango Tango Concert in Pasadena on Saturday, May 17, to show off its set of radio data services technology that provides text message to RDS-enabled automobiles.
DMarc deployed last year in Los Angeles, enabling several text services to be broadcast to LED and LCD screens. At Wango Tango the company said it was demonstrating several service expansions, including three new programs: RadioGreetings.com will allow consumers to send personalized text messages; 877-SONG-NOW will assist listeners in finding song information and purchasing music over the phone; and dRDS Concert and Album Promotion, which will help artists and concert organizers promote music through RDS.
