Audemat-Aztec named Sophie Lion Poulain to oversee worldwide press relations.
She has been responsible for that job in the Americas for four years. She will now handle press releases, public relations and media exposure for the company globally.
Laetitia Galand remains communication manager, handling Web, tradeshow coordination, advertising and non-press matters.
“This decision was made due to the rapid growth of the business and company,” the firm stated.
Lion Poulain, based in Miami, has a law and business degree; she handled press relations for Audemat-Aztec out of France in 2001-02, then moved on to become communications manager for Ecreso, a transmitter manufacturer, which was purchased in 2005 by Audemat-Aztec SA. In 2003 she moved to the United States and became communications manager for subsidiary Audemat-Aztec Inc.
