Aiir has added automatic music log scheduling and exporting to Aiir Scheduler, its web-based music scheduling system.
“This allows radio stations to generate a music log and deliver it to their playout system on a recurring schedule, without any human intervention required,” Aiir stated.
The company notes that stations may not have resources for the traditional task of manual daily music scheduling.
“Aiir Scheduler lets stations effortlessly scale their music scheduling operation. Up to 30 days’ worth of logs can be generated and exported at once, allowing stations to plan well in advance using rules and categories that can be easily updated without the time-consuming scheduling and export process.”
Logs can be exported to automation systems including PlayoutONE, Zetta, WideOrbit and ENCO DAD. Logs are delivered automatically via direct API integration, Dropbox or the Aiir Connect app, which saves log files to a folder for a station’s automation system to import.
CEO Ricki Lee said in the announcement that this new ability allows stations to spin up additional stations without additional resources.
Automatic scheduling is priced at $60 per station per month; a two-week free trial is available. It is available to Aiir Scheduler customers at no added cost.
