Saga Signs Up for Quu’s Platform

Its radio stations will carry in-dash visual programming and ad messages

Saga Communications has signed up to deploy the visual content platform from Quu Inc. in its 28 markets.

According to the announcement, Saga’s radio stations will use the technology to publish programming and advertiser messages on vehicle dashboards.

“By adding in-dash Visual Quus to its radio broadcasts, Saga’s stations will have a consistent display with revenue-generating opportunities,” they stated.

“Saga will use Quu’s flexible enterprise platform to increase listener engagement and revenue across all markets.

“Key features include robust training and support, local and centralized messaging, sales products, 24/7 visual monitoring, reporting, Rapid technology, DTS AutoStage integration, and, in some cases, Quu’s patented Content Partnership sponsorship.”

Saga has 82 FM stations, 32 AMs and 79 FM translators.

The announcement was made by Saga President/CEO Chris Forgy and Quu CEO Steve Newberry.
