SAN DIEGO�Telecom distribution equipment maker�Pico Digital�has announced it will acquire the broadcast products business ofInternational Datacasting Corp,�another telecom distribution equipment maker.�
The deal is targeted to close in June.�Pico Digital is privately held, whereas IDC is a public corporation, so approval by its shareholders will be required.�
