Seeking to highlight its product launches during a busy 2024, Super Hi-Fi announced that its Radio Operating System is now used to serve more than 200 million users each month across its client base.
The company was founded in 2018 and came on the radar of the radio industry that year when iHeartRadio began using its artificial intelligence technology for online song transitions and music playback.
Its customers for AI-based audio today also include companies like Sonos Radio, Beasley Radio Group, Audacy, Peloton and Fubo.
“In addition, the company now delivers 400 million audio ads each month for those customers with ad-supported businesses, and makes 2 billion AI production decisions each month,” a spokesperson wrote.

It also noted the launch of the Orban Optimod 5950 Super Hi-Fi Edition; Rosetta Traffic, a solution for integrating broadcast and digital advertising into stations that use Super Hi-Fi; VoiceIQ 2.0, an upgraded AI-powered voice mastering tool.
And in early 2025 it plans to launch LiveConnect, a live-over-IP protocol developed with Telos Alliance for delivering live radio broadcasts from any studio to cloud-based playout systems, coming early 2025.
Zack Zalon is CEO and co-founder of the company. Brendon Cassidy is CTO and chief scientist. In October it named Bo Matthews as director of radio programming services.
